Refund & Return Policy

At Hurdz Hemp, we stand behind the quality of every product we manufacture and sell. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives a premium hemp bedding product that performs as expected.

Because our products are intended for animal use and are considered consumable once opened or used, the following policy applies.

Retail Orders

Unused, unopened retail products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a shipping error or confirmed product defect.

Opened or used bedding products cannot be returned due to health and biosecurity considerations.

Commercial, Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Commercial, wholesale, pallet, and truckload purchases are considered final upon delivery.

Due to the nature of animal bedding products, opened, used, or installed products are not eligible for return or refund.

If a customer believes a product is defective, Hurdz Hemp must be notified promptly and provided a reasonable opportunity to investigate the claim before any refund, replacement, or other remedy is considered.

Product Quality Concerns

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.

To assist with our investigation, we may request:

  • Photographs or videos
  • Product lot or batch information
  • Description of the issue
  • Samples of the product
  • Access to inspect the product on-site when appropriate

Our team may also work directly with our manufacturing partners as part of the investigation process.

Resolution of Defective Product Claims

If our investigation determines that a manufacturing defect exists, Hurdz Hemp will, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected product;
  • Refund the purchase price of the affected product; or
  • Offer another mutually agreeable resolution.

Our goal is always to resolve legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.

Opportunity to Resolve Concerns

We encourage customers to contact us immediately if they experience any issue with our products.

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, we ask that customers provide Hurdz Hemp with a reasonable opportunity to investigate the concern and work toward a mutually acceptable resolution.

Shipping Damage

Any shipping damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain all packaging and provide photographs to assist with any freight claims.
